Hi. My name is Tim Stowell, your host of this NYGenWeb site. I am reconstructing this site, again. In March, 2023, Rootsweb announced they would stop hosting free websites early in 2024. That occurred in late February, 2024. Most of the site has been moved here, but not all pages have been reformatted to remove Rootsweb links, so this site alongside other county sites I host in New York and other places, will come back on line this year. Hopefully, you will be able to find the answers you are looking for on the site. Because of the workload involved in bringing resources to the site, I cannot do research for individuals. However, the individuals listed under Lookups (free) and Research Services (paid) might be able to help if you cannot find your answers here. This is a FREE site and part of NYGenWeb/USGenWeb.
