Query Text: My Gt-Gt Gt Gdfather is Jeheil Ruggles born abt 1785, possibly to Isaac Matthew Ruggles. He married Syble, unknown last name. His daughter Philamelia Ruggles was my Gt Gt gdmother. I think she had brothers names Frank, Philo and George. Philamelia married Joel James 1848 in Marshall Co, IN. Their children were Cynthia b 1849, Charlie, Melvina, George, Sally and Evan. If Jehiel was the son of Isaac Matthew Ruggles, they were in Colesville, Broome Co, Ny by 1797. Does anyone have any information on Jeheil? Thanks for any help.
